Custom Design Manufacturing

We craft bespoke Turkish Towels with 100% cotton on jacquard and dobby looms, with a minimum order of 500 units for Custom Design orders. Prices are provided for LOTs of 500 units, and to find the unit price, simply divide the LOT price by 500.

Our prices are Ex-works (EXW), excluding shipping, which is calculated based on your location and preferences. The production timeline ranges from 4 to 8 weeks, depending on seasonal demand and loom availability. This process ensures that each towel is made to meet the highest standards of quality and design specificity.

Sample manufacturing for custom designs is available. For custom design orders where sample manufacturing is requested, the price includes the design fee, the cost of producing the sample(s), and shipping charges. This comprehensive approach ensures that clients can review and approve their unique designs with complete transparency regarding costs, before proceeding with the full order.

Customers who prefer not to pay separately for samples in custom design orders can review and approve their order based on photos of the first produced sample. Alternatively, they can choose to only pay for shipping to receive the first product off the loom if they commit to a production order of 500 units or more, thus avoiding additional design and sample production fees.
