1. How to Start Your Project
To provide an accurate quote and production timeline, please share the following technical specifications via our [Build Your Project Quote] form or reach us via WhatsApp or e-mail:
* Quantity: Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 500 units per design.
* Dimensions: Standard loom-state size is 100x180 cm. (Please note: Due to the 100% cotton nature, final washed size is approximately 90x170 cm).
* Weight (GSM): We recommend 300-400 grams / pcs (160 - 220 GSM) for the perfect balance of quick-drying and luxury feel.
* Weaving Technique: Single layer, 2-layer or 3-layer Jacquard weaving (reversible designs).
* Yarn/Color Specs: Choose from our 64-color Towel Age Palette or provide Pantone® codes for orders over 10K units.
2. Sampling & Prototype Process
We offer two professional sampling methods to ensure your design meets our quality standards before final shipment:
* Production-First Sampling (Loom Sample): Once your 500-unit or more bulk order is confirmed and paid, we set up the loom for your design. We ship the first 1 unit directly from the machine for your final touch-and-feel approval.
* Cost: This sample unit are deducted from your total 500-unit (or more) order (billed at the wholesale rate).
* Shipping: Shipping costs are covered by the client.
* Dispatch: Once you approve the loom sample, we complete the remaining units of your production.
* Decision-First Prototype (Pre-Order Sample): If you require a physical sample before committing to a bulk order:
* Process: We charge a Sampling Fee + Shipping.
* Wholesale Credit: If you proceed with a bulk order (500+ units) after receiving the prototype, the Sampling Fee (minus shipping) will be credited back to your final invoice. Essentially, your initial prototype will be adjusted to the wholesale unit price.
* Note: Shipping costs for prototypes are non-refundable as they are paid directly to the carrier.
3. Global Logistics & Trade Compliance
We manage the complexity of international trade so you don't have to:
* EU Clients: We provide ATR Certificates, allowing you to benefit from 0% Customs Duty under the Turkey-EU customs union.
* US Clients: Operations are managed via Carettalia LLC (Dover, DE). We provide full transparency on current HS Codes and tariff regulations to ensure smooth delivery.
* Shipping Terms: Standard orders are EXW (Ex-Works) Denizli or FCA. We partner with UPS, DHL, and FedEx for reliable global door-to-door delivery. Standard orders are quoted as EXW (Ex-Works) Denizli. If you require FCA (Free Carrier) terms—which includes domestic transport to your carrier and Turkey’s export customs clearance—additional handling and documentation fees will apply.
