Label types
Printed cotton ribbon (Extrafor)
The most common choice for B2B textile branding. Your logo and brand name are printed onto a cotton ribbon strip in single or multiple colors. Available in various widths; fold type (loop, straight, or mitered end) is specified at order.
Printed satin label (Japanese non-bleed fabric)
Ideal for fine detail, small text, and scannable codes. Japanese non-bleed fabric delivers sharper print quality than standard extrafor, with a smooth satin finish. Commonly used for care instruction labels, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 verification QR codes, and other certification codes that require precise reproduction.
Synthetic leather label
Premium look and feel. Your design is transferred onto synthetic leather via hot press or cold press. Well suited for bags, premium towels, robes, and retail-grade textile products.
Embroidery patch
Your logo or design is embroidered on fabric, then cut into a patch and sewn onto the product. Durable and high-end in appearance. Pricing depends on stitch count, number of colors, and patch size.
Application methods
Labels are sewn onto your products before packaging and quality control. Position and method are confirmed during the quoting process.
Flat sewn — both short ends folded back and stitched; label sits flat on the product surface
Box stitch — all 4 edges stitched; maximum hold, patch-like appearance
Loop label — center-folded, short ends folded and sewn to the product's edge (back face); brand visible, also functions as a hanger
Through-fold label — center-folded with the product fabric passing through; label visible from both front and back, hanger-compatible
Flat edge label — sewn parallel to product edge at both short ends; flat but open sides allow hanger use
Mitered corner — label cut at 45° and sewn diagonally at the product corner (rare, available on request)
Ordering
- MOQ: 1,000 pcs per label type
- All label dimensions, fold type, ink colors, and sewing position are confirmed during the quoting process
- Include your artwork (AI, EPS, or PDF; Pantone color codes) in your quote request
Label storage
If your product order quantity is below 1,000 units, we store the remaining labels in our facility free of charge for up to 1 year — ready for your next order. Alternatively, we can pack unused labels into your shipment carton.
Production time
1–2 weeks, running in parallel with your towel order. This does not extend your overall lead time on repeat orders.
