A wrap band label is a printed paper strip that wraps around a folded or rolled towel and holds it in a compact, retail-ready shape. It is one of the most cost-effective ways to add your brand name, logo, product information, or care instructions to your towels — without permanent attachment.

We produce custom wrap band labels in Denizli and apply them to your towels before packaging and shipment.

SPECIFICATIONS

• Dimensions: 7 cm width × 50 cm length (standard; custom dimensions available on request)
• Closure: Double-sided tape to join the two ends, or sealed with a clear label on top
• MOQ: 1,000 pcs per design
• Production time: 1–2 weeks, running in parallel with your towel order

MATERIAL OPTIONS

Laminated white paper — gloss or matte: Smooth, coated paper base with a protective film lamination on the surface. Gloss finish gives a bright, vivid print; matte finish gives a softer, premium look. Suitable for full-color designs, photography, and detailed artwork.

Kraft paper: Uncoated natural brown paper. Print is applied directly to the paper surface without lamination. Well suited for brands with a natural, eco, or minimal aesthetic. Ink colors appear slightly muted compared to laminated paper.

Specify your preferred material and finish in the quote request. If unsure, we can share samples.

WHAT TO INCLUDE IN YOUR DESIGN

Your wrap band design can include:

• Brand name and logo
• Product name or collection name
• Material and care instructions
• Country of origin ("Made in Turkey" / "Made in Denizli")
• Barcode or QR code
• Website or social media handle

Provide your artwork in AI, EPS, or PDF format. Pantone color codes preferred. We offer a free design review before production begins.

STORAGE & REPEAT ORDERS

MOQ is 1,000 pcs per design. If your towel order is smaller than 1,000 units, we store the remaining labels in our facility free of charge for up to 1 year — ready for your next order. Alternatively, we can pack unused labels into your shipment carton so you receive them directly.

On repeat orders, label production runs in parallel with your towel production and does not extend your lead time.
